CUSTOMIZED DESIGNS
DALON Self Lubricating Sintered Porous Oil Bushing are manufactured of pressed copper and tin powders by sintered technology and impregnated with lubricating oil and high porosity (20-25% in volume).
The oil contained in the porosity provides a constant lubrication between bearing and shaft, the system does not need any additional external lubricant, allows this type of Self Lubricating Sintered Porous Oil Bushing to work under hydrodynamic conditions. which resulting in a very low friction coefficient and maintenance-free for general engineering applications.
SINTERED BRONZE OIL BUSHINGS ADVANTAGE:
Dry lubrication of bushings with solid lubricants under certain circumstances can achieve better friction coefficients than plastic bushings and casting bearings, for instance. Also bushings with content of graphite could reduce running sounds and good running properties.
An additional lubricant enables the longer service life to be increased.
bushings have a pore volume of between 15% to 30%, and these pores are used by oil impregnation for the bushing's entire service lifetime.

SINTERED BRONZE BASE
• Radial load up to 5 N/mm2
• Speed up to 3 m/s
• Good emergency running properties
• Stop & start operation
• Corrosion-resistant

FLANGE BUSHING
Differ from cylindrical bearings with their flange on one side. This serves as a restraint during installation, and in certain cases, also serves as a larger support when placed under axial loads. This form of bearing also needs to be pushed in using a mandrel.

Reduce of design and ownership costs
Maintenance-free operation
Lower cost compared to cast metal and machined bearings
Complex designs and forms possible
High dimensional accuracy
Excellent surface finish
Reduced weight compared to similar non-porous components

CYLINDRICAL BUSHING
This most cost-effective form of bearing is primarily pushed into a pre-processed bearing bore using a mandrel.
