Stainless Steel Wire Muffler

Stainless Steel Wire Muffler is a standard combination of 5-layer sintered wire mesh which has the widest application. Five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh are combined as per corresponding structure, and then sintered together in the vacuum sintered equipment, compressed and forming a porous sintered material.

Material:

The standard material are SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Special Alloy are acceptable based on customer’s requirement.

Size:

The standard size are 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200×1200mm, 1200×1500mm, and special size in range can be finished as requirement.

DALON, is a brand name for STAINLESS STEEL WIRE MUFFLER as high porosity sintered elements from stainless steel wires. The pores are mechanically respect to size and filtering degree after the sintering process.

Application Examples

●Flow control: The STAINLESS STEEL WIRE MUFFLER isotropic and homogeneous porosity allows that a fluid that circulates through it have a constant flow at the exit of the porous part. Typical applications are heat exchangers, medical gases, scuba diving, industrial gases, etc.

●Aeration: The STAINLESS STEEL WIRE MUFFLER air circulation through porosity results in a constant and controlled air flow at the exit of the porous component. The use sectors are: liquids re-passing in food industry (liqueurs, wines, and gas beverages), ionization, gas burners, aquaria, clinical analysis, etc.

●Flame protection. STAINLESS STEEL WIRE MUFFLER Presence of a porous component before a flame avoids accidents in case of flame return. Typical applications are: gas burners, heaters, welding facilities, etc.

Flow Control Mufflers

Adjust flow by turning the screw, then tighten the hex nut with a wrench to secure. Use DALON Muffler with air-powered tools and cylinders to reduce noise and filter exhaust fumes.

AAAA also suitable for use with welding equipment, these mufflers are made of flame-resistant materials. Use them on loud equipment to filter exhaust fumes and reduce noise by 35-42 dB.
