DALON manufacturer of porous Plastic Air Filters since 2002, offers a variety of solutions to meet our customer requirements.
Our filters are applied in sparging, sensor protection, gas and liquid filtration, dampening, bulk handling and etc. which for solution of corrosive and high temperature environments ,which made of stainless steels, bronze, plastic, which can be manufactured up to 1,000 mm length and 250 mm OD. Larger elements also can be assembled by welding procedure.

Molding:
Shape, size and the powder particles are important parameters which affect the properties filtering degree of PLASTIC AIR FILTERS.
DALON filters are produced by sintering technique. The powder is filled into moldings and then sintered inside of them.
Sintering:
Sintering is the processing step for all Powder metallurgy products, its bonding of powder particlesthrough fusion at temperatures well below the melting point.
The structure of PLASTIC AIR FILTERS, after sintering, shows that the grain boundaries run over the original particle boundaries.
Sintering gives the high porosity material its shape-stability and properties of a strong metal component.
