DALON self-lubricating sintered bronze bushing are manufactured of pressed copper and tin powders by sintered technology and impregnated with lubricating oil and high porosity (20-25% in volume). The oil contained in the porosity provides a constant lubrication between bearing and shaft, the system does not need any additional external lubricant, allows this type of sintered bronze bushing to work under hydrodynamic conditions. which resulting in a very low friction coefficient and maintenance-free for general engineering applications.

DALON BUSHING INTRODUCTION:
DALON Graphite Bushing consist of a sintered bronze body. The main feature of Graphite Bushing is their porous design, which contains oil lubricant, which should be the viscosity decrease due to increasing operating temperatures due to friction, the oil leaks out. At higher speed, a lubrication wedge develops, which lowers the bushing's friction.
High temperature Graphite filled 841 bronze Bushing: These bushing have an excellent alternative to oil filled bushing, graphite filled bronze provides dry lubrication in temperature as high as 370℃
