DALON SINTERED BRONZE BUSHING INTRODUCTION: DALON self-lubricating Flanged Bronze Bushings are manufactured of pressed copper and tin powders by sintered technology and impregnated with lubricating oil and high porosity (20-25% in volume). The oil contained in the porosity provides a constant lubrication between bearing and shaft, the system does not need any additional external lubricant, allows this type of sintered bronze bushing to work under hydrodynamic conditions. which resulting in a very low friction coefficient and maintenance-free for general engineering applications.

LUBRICATION OF FLANGED BRONZE BUSHINGS
Dry lubrication of FLANGED BRONZE BUSHINGS with solid lubricants under certain circumstances can achieve better friction coefficients than plastic bushings and casting bearings, for instance. Also FLANGED BRONZE BUSHINGS with content of graphite could reduce running sounds and good running properties.
An additional lubricant enables the longer service life to be increased.
FLANGED BRONZE BUSHINGS have a pore volume of between 15% to 30%, and these pores are used by oil impregnation for the bushing's entire service lifetime.
