DALON WIRE FILTERS:
WIRE FILTERS is a standard combination of 5-layer sintered wire mesh which has the widest application. Five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh are combined as per corresponding structure, and then sintered together in the vacuum sintered equipment, compressed and forming a porous sintered material.
Material:
The standard material are SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Special Alloy are acceptable based on customer’s requirement.
Size:
The standard size are 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200×1200mm, 1200×1500mm, and special size in range can be finished as requirement.
MESH WIRE Sintered Filter is made from multiple layers of woven wire mesh panels together using a sintering process. This process combines heat and pressure to permanently bond multi-layers of mesh together. The same physical process used to fuse individual wires together within a layer of wire mesh is also be used to fuse adjacent layers of mesh together. This creates a unique material offering excellent mechanical properties. It is an ideal material for purification and filtration. It may be from 5, 6 or 7 layers of wire mesh (5 layers sintered filter mesh structure drawing as right picture).
