DALON self-lubricating sintered bronze bushing are manufactured of pressed copper and tin powders by sintered technology and impregnated with lubricating oil and high porosity (20-25% in volume). The oil contained in the porosity provides a constant lubrication between bearing and shaft, the system does not need any additional external lubricant, allows this type of sintered bronze bushing to work under hydrodynamic conditions. which resulting in a very low friction coefficient and maintenance-free for general engineering applications.

The main feature of Gear Bushing is their porous design, which contains oil lubricant, which should be the viscosity decrease due to increasing operating temperatures due to friction, the oil leaks out. At higher speed, a lubrication wedge develops, which lowers the bushing's friction.
DALON Gear Bushing made by SAE 841 Sintered Powdered Metal - commonly used in machinery components, self-lubricating pump parts, turbine blades, office machines, home appliances, medical equipment, farm equipment and lawn and garden equipment.
