A more intuitive user interface specially designed for industrial production, more intelligent software, open and standardized parameter settings, upgraded gas circulation filtration system.


Modular components:


The system is equipped with a 400W fiber laser, providing a high-performance, high-stability, high-quality laser light source.


The system is compatible with both nitrogen and argon shielding gases, making the M290 system compatible with a wide range of metal materials, from light metals to stainless steel, from die steel to super alloys.


Strengthen monitoring:


To meet industrial needs and improve quality management, three new modules EOS PowderBed, EOSTATE Base, EOSTATE LaserMonitoring have been updated.


EOS PowderBed: A camera system is installed in the molding chamber to detect the powder spread of each layer and take pictures.


EOSTATE Base: Real-time monitoring of Z-axis position, laser power, scanning accuracy, molding chamber temperature, molding chamber humidity, pressure in the chamber and other parameters.


EOSTATE Laser Monitoring: A laser detection module that monitors laser power in real time throughout the entire production process.


Upgraded gas circulation system:


Added automatic cleaning components to the automatic filtration system to extend filter screen life.


The integrated shielding gas management system more efficiently guarantees the quality of large parts sintered continuously for a long time
