Acase inspection rules

1, the appearance of quality sample surface should be free of bubbles, no burrs, no deformation phenomenon, uniform material, no irritating odor.

2, size

(1) Testing the relevant dimensions with a cursor caliper should comply with the relevant technical and drawing requirements.

(2) After the bush is combined with the shaft, the rotor is vertically downward, and the bushwill will not slide freely under the action of self-weighting.

3, heat-resistant, anti-aging test

(1) After the sample has been tested at 125 degrees C/1h ball pressure, the indentation should be 2mm, and there is no deformation phenomenon in the visual inspection.

(2) After placing the sample in the oven at 120 degrees C/96 hours, the visual sleeve is free of brittleness and deformation.
